Phase 2: Construction

Go on. Pull out the shovel, it’s time to get to business!

The earth work involves excavation. Trenches are made to suit the width, length, and depth of the foundation.

At this point, it’s a good idea to set up utilities like gas lines, electricity lines, water, and sewage.

Done already? Wow! You’re fast.

Let’s get to building...

The Foundation

Start stirring that cement and pouring it down. If the foundation is underground, you need to build up the wall foundation too.

Then pour dirt back around everything you just made. Be sure it’s at the right level!

Framing

Pull out the lumber and steel, and let’s put together the frame! It’s like the bones or skeleton of the house, functioning to stabilize, strengthen, and offer shape to the building.

Siding, Windows Then Roofing

After you get the walls on, the roof and windows are two of the most important parts of the house.

There are so many styles and colors to choose from! If installed right, they can be both energy efficient and beautiful.

Going Inside

Roll up your sleeves and explore the interior. Drywall, cabinets, and flooring, OH MY! Appliances too.

Rally the plumbers and electricians so you can turn on a light and wash your hands.

Landscaping

Will your style be traditional, vintage, art deco, country, industrial, or modern?

Oh! The possibilities are endless, and in the NFT world, your choices range from classical to the downright bizarre.

Curb appeal means everything in real estate. If your property doesn’t look great, it won’t sell! That’s why you have to go all out with grass, trees, flowers, and paths.

If you’re lucky, your Landmark token might have a helipad complete with a helicopter!

Sometimes it’s hard to tell if landscaping has gone over the top. It’s rare, but you could also discover that your new Landmark NFT token property was built next to a volcano -- Yikes!
